The AGRO312 project combines vegetable growing, storage infrastructure, packing, logistics and subsequent sales in domestic and international markets.
Full project description
The AGRO312 project is aimed at creating a full agro-industrial cycle, from growing produce to storage, preparation for sale and subsequent distribution.
The project is based on developing a production and infrastructure base that enables control over the key stages of product movement: growing, harvesting, storage, packing, logistics and sales.
The project includes agricultural land, storage infrastructure, equipment for handling and packing produce, logistics solutions and sales channels.
One of the key elements is the creation of a modern vegetable storage facility with capacity of up to 10,000 tonnes. This is intended to reduce seasonal product losses, improve storage efficiency and support more stable market supply.
The project is focused on developing the real sector of the economy and creating long-term agricultural infrastructure.
Full cycle: growing → storage → packing → sales
Storage capacity — up to 10,000 tonnes
Storage infrastructure area — approximately 7,500 m²
Project region — Kyrgyz Republic, Chuy Region
Fundraising target — $8,500,000
Minimum participation — $1,000
Expected return after project launch — 10–20% per annum
Indicative period to project launch — 48 months
The project is based on real assets and agricultural infrastructure
Participation involves risk. Review the project economics and participation terms before applying. Economics & participation →
How the project generates revenue
Project revenue is generated at several stages of the production cycle.
Main revenue sources:
growing and sale of vegetable products;
seasonal crop sales;
storage followed by sales during more favorable market periods;
packing and preparation of products for sale;
work with retail chains and wholesale buyers;
logistics support for deliveries;
development of export channels;
additional agricultural processing activities.
This approach allows returns to be generated not from a single asset, but from the operation of the entire production and logistics chain.
Purpose of investment
Funds are being raised to create and develop the project's full production cycle.
Main uses of funds:
acquisition and development of agricultural land;
vegetable growing;
development of storage infrastructure;
construction of a vegetable storage facility;
engineering networks and utilities;
storage, handling and packing equipment;
agricultural machinery and equipment;
logistics infrastructure;
working capital for the launch of operations.
Project risks
Participation involves market, production and operational risks.
Crop yields may depend on weather conditions and other factors.
Agricultural commodity prices may change depending on market conditions.
Timelines for infrastructure facilities may be adjusted.
Actual returns may differ from the financial model.
The project is not a bank deposit, and expected returns are not a guarantee of results.
Participation terms are defined by the documents of the specific project.

Questions and answers
What is the project?
The AGRO312 project combines vegetable growing, storage infrastructure, packing, logistics and subsequent product sales within a single production cycle.
What will the raised funds be used for?
The funds are planned for developing the project's production and infrastructure base: growing produce, creating a vegetable storage facility, equipment, logistics and launching operations.
When will the project start generating income?
Project returns are calculated after the infrastructure is launched and the project begins operating activities.
What does an expected return of 10–20% per annum mean?
It is an indicative figure from the project's financial model after launch. Actual results may differ and are not guaranteed.
Why does the project include a vegetable storage facility?
Storage can reduce seasonal product losses, improve sales flexibility and enhance management of product flows.
Can a legal entity participate?
Yes. The platform supports participation by both individuals and legal entities after completion of the required onboarding procedure.
What is the minimum participation amount?
The minimum participation amount for the current project is USD 1,000.
Where can I review the project documents?
After the application is reviewed and access is granted, project materials, documents and updates are available in the participant's personal account.
Can participation be increased later?
Yes. If the project is open for additional participation, an increase can be arranged through the personal account under a separate procedure.
Is participation a bank deposit?
No. Participation is linked to a real agricultural-sector project and is not a bank deposit or a guaranteed financial instrument.
What does a participant receive after participation is confirmed?
The participant receives access to a personal account, project documents, notifications, reporting and the history of their participation.
